Fresh Fridays - Joan and Jason Edition!


I told you guys about Joan and Jason {here} a little while ago and I've just received some wonderful pictures from their wedding courtesy of A Dream Within Photography.  From the whimsical balloons to guests rocking out on the dance floor, this wedding will go down as one of my favorites. Not only was the actual wedding so much fun, Joan and Jason were truly such a great couple...thank you for allowing me to be a part of your wonderful day!


I pretty much was drooling over her bouquet... Michelle Leyden of Bold American was in charge of the decor and as you can tell, she performed magic....as always!

Could the flower girl be ANY cuter?!







The whole night, Joan kept saying/screaming, "I LOVE this!!!! I love all of this!" As a planner, that's one of the best things you can hear especially during the wedding.


The guests broke it DOWN on the dance floor!

Bobby & Fiona - Engagement Love


Yesterday I received the wonderful news that one of my dearest friends, Bobby, was engaged to this gorgeous woman, Fiona...how amazing is it that her name is Fiona?! I love that name. Bobby and Fiona are both photographers so it's no surprise that they took their own engagement pictures.  Bobby is the owner of "Our Favorite Day Photography" and Fiona is a freelance photographer in Australia. On a roadtrip up the California coast, Bobby and Fiona stopped off at random locations, set up the tripod and snapped away. 

Bobby is one of the funniest, silliest people that I know so it's so wonderful seeing this sweet side of him.  Well, there are a few silly pictures but it wouldn't be right if there weren't...congrats Bobby and Fiona!

"Thank You" Never Gets Old



This weekend I had the honor of working on a wedding with two of my favorite clients...Hy and Laurie ...It was one of my favorite weddings to date. The singing, dancing, all of it....I'll have a much larger post coming soon. This morning I woke up to this wonderful email from Laurie and Hy. I swear, "thank you" never gets old...

"...The weekend turned out marvelously, we couldn't have asked for a better wedding...From the bottom of both of our hearts, thank you for all of the hard work you put in on our behalf...Thanks again for everything you've done about which we are aware, and for the no doubt countless hiccups you solved we didn't know about...
